Dutch Royal Academy Early Career Award

I recently received the wonderful news that I’m one of this year’s recipients of the Early Career award. The award is granted to 12 scholars, each year, nationwide, by the Royal Dutch Academy of Arts and Sciences (KNAW). I’ll be using the 15,000 euro prize money towards further developing my current research focus on the role of the changing media landscape in the contemporary communication of/about scientific knowledge. Here’s a short piece on the Utrecht University website that includes some things I had to say about receiving the award.
