Co-Leading Research Group on Greening the Digital Society

I’m delighted to be joining Judith Keilbach and Anne Helmond on as one of the lead researchers of the UU Special Interest Group, Greening the Digital Society, at Utrecht University. Together with talented new postdoc, Rianne Riemens, we’ll be putting together some exciting events in the coming calendar year, bringing together a host of impressive scholars at the intersection between sustainability and the digital society. The group’s focus is on investigating how digital technologies both alleviate and accelerate climate change, and it has a cross-faculty focus that brings together scholars and stakeholders from multiple fields working on this important issue.
